Training Solutions
Our Lemar staff present a number of training options to meet many regulatory and business needs, from education to certification. With experience and expertise in all the areas they serve, our training team is proud to offer standard and state-required courses, along with customized training programs to meet our client needs. Landfill operator training is our most popular course. We also provide transfer station and appliance demanufacturing classes. For those who handle waste beyond the standard landfill collection, Lemar also offers training in special, hazardous, and hard-to-handle waste; this is offered in addition to our household hazardous waste collection facility operator training.
For other clients, we are also able to conduct training on load checking and compost operations.
Training presentations and delivery of training curriculum can be provided in a lecture style, classroom setting, DVD with follow-along workbook, or online — whatever best fits your needs.
Lemar also has the ability to develop and administer certification testing.
