Barker Lemar Engineering Consultants is proud to offer professional environmental and safety training designed and adapted to meet a variety of audiences and teaching formats.
Barker Lemar believes training should be based on solid research, delivered using multiple training techniques, and presented by experienced personnel.
Our training philosophy is client driven with an emphasis on creating an educational experience that blends lecture, video, class exercises, tours, and fieldwork. Barker Lemar has written and developed the following training aides:
• Full color training manuals with color photographs, charts, tables, and key words/phrases.
• Digital video converted for seamless integration in PowerPoint
• Video in DVD format organized by topic and audience.
• Various color posters, decision trees, maps, and charts designed specificaly for class participants.
• Challenging class exercises that assist participants work through many “gray areas” regularly encountered in jobs that are not always “black and white.”
