Design/Build — Single source accountability for both design and construction; fast track construction where design and construction activities overlap, which allows for a more complete project through field engineering before and during construction
Airports — Experience with airport operations and safety; FAA construction observation program (COP); Federal and State grant requirements during construction, acceptance, & closeouts
Drilling — Environmental: monitoring wells, soil sampling, remediation; vapor wells; Geothermal: commercial, residential and conductivity testing; Solid Waste: monitoring wells, gas and leachate wells; Geoprobe: discrete sampling, injections
Surveying — Topographic; hydrographic; construction
Construction Management — General administration; quality control assurance; field modification; density testing
Municipal Construction — Sewer and water mains; lift stations; site grading; recreational trails; streets; drainage; water towers; water treatment; wastewater treatment
Solid Waste — Bale fill systems; subtitle “D”cells; lagoons; leachate collection and recirculation systems; gas collection systems; stormwater control structures
Environmental — Remedial systems, well installations, piping; above-ground system component assembly and installation; sub-surface injections: ORC, HRC, grout
GeoExchange Services — Complete GeoExchange system set-up including conductivity field well testing, well and loop installation, system purging and quality control/quality assurance verification. All operators are fully licensed and IGSHPA certified. Clean, Reliable and On-time.
